Despite the luxurious touch, the service left much to be desired. I had a frustrating experience while trying to organise a massage by the sea—no follow-up from the staff despite repeated inquiries. Instead of a 5-star treatment, I felt more like a nuisance than a valued guest, especially at checkout when my prior discussions about services were completely ignored.
